Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage personal bookkeeping, including tracking expenses, receipts, and financial records
- Organize and prepare information for tax filings and work closely with external accountants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across multiple accounts and entities
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and general financial organization
- Support light accounting needs for a second senior leader, as required
- Provide day-to-day support to a senior executive, helping manage priorities and workflow
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general coordination
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Provide light operational and coordination support within the office
- Assist with basic team-related or managerial tasks as needed
- Help improve processes and keep things running efficiently
- Strong accounting or bookkeeping background (Senior Accountant or experienced Bookkeeper)
- Experience managing full-cycle bookkeeping and working with external accountants
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel is key)
- Highly trustworthy and dependable-someone others rely on
