OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HRIS Coordinator to support our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) operations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to start their HR career in a multi-brand environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management. The HRIS Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and supporting HR processes across all our brands
Responsibilities
- Data Input and Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee data in the HRIS system across multiple brands. Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing records.
- Data Accuracy: Conduct regular checks to verify data consistency and correctness, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Team support: Collaborate with HR colleagues to gather necessary information for data input and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Multi-Brand Coordination: Manage HRIS requirements across various brands within the organization, adapting to brand-specific needs and ensuring compliance with respective policies.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to HR and management teams, providing insights into workforce data and trends.
- Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of HRIS procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- System Support: Act as a point of contact for system-related inquiries, providing assistance to HR team members and employees as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and management.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes; direct experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently across multiple brands and adjust priorities as needed.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
