Site Manager, LPNAssisted Living Care Home / Greater Vancouver, BCThe Role:We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable Site Manager, LPN, to spearhead an Assisted Living community dedicated to enhancing residents' quality of life.You will oversee the delivery of resident services and administrative functions in line with our core values.Responsibilities:· Lead the team in providing person-centered care that addresses residents’ health and well-being; Maintain a collaborative environment with staff from various departments to ensure a well-rounded experience for residents; Manage financial processes, including budget preparation and monitoring expenditures.Requirements:· At least 5 years of nursing experience (LPN/RPN/RN) with 3 years in a managerial capacity; Registration as a Nurse with BCCNM; Valid First Aid and CPR certifications; In-depth knowledge of senior health care and dementia-related needs; Exceptional communication and leadership abilities; proficiency in relevant software platforms; Coursework in gerontology or similar fields is advantageous; prior experience in a senior living setting is preferred.About You:We seek a compassionate leader who genuinely cares for seniors.
