- Ensure CCG's IT asset lifecycle process is followed, including ordering, asset tagging, record collection, and disposal
- Responsible for imaging and deploying PCs (physical computers and virtual machines) to Associates based on assigned tickets and project requirements
- Coordinate with vendors throughout asset and peripheral lifecycle stages: procurement, delivery, maintenance, and decommissioning
- Track warranties, coordinate repairs, and oversee secure disposal (e.g., data wiping, recycling)
- Maintain accurate asset records in a CMDB and be able to ultilize Asset discovery tools like SCCM and Intune
- Monitor physical and digital asset locations and conditions at both the head office and satellite locations. This includes CCG assets and equipment used remotely by Associates
- Conduct quarterly or annual audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Track software license assignments and removals, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and internal policies
- Handle asset-related service requests and ensure timely resolution
- Support the re-imaging of retrieved computers, ensuring they are properly configured, cleaned, and packaged for reuse or redeployment
- Maintain SOPs and asset handling guides.Assist Associates via phone or tickets using Service Management tool for PC-related issues
- Support asset provisioning and recovery during employee transitions
- Using Power BI dashboards to analyze asset status and software utilization
- Other duties as required
- Completed post secondary education in related information technology field
- A minimum of 3 years experience within a customer service oriented information technology role
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification, Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) an asset
- Experience working with Microsoft Configuration manager and Autopilot deployments
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and IT Asset Management Tools
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel and using Power BI reports
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 10lbs
- Availability to work fully in office
