Your success will be defined by your ability to
- Implement and support project intake and demand‑management processes within an EPMO environment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Lead the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives from concept and planning through implementation and operational transition
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management product would be considered an asset
- Manage projects effectively within remote and hybrid team environments, working with cross‑functional groups that include business, IT, and vendor partners
- Apply hands‑on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models in enterprise settings
- Manage third‑party service providers, including engagement oversight and performance evaluation
- Project management certification is required (for example PMP®, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP)
- Certification or practical experience in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is an asset
- 10 or more years of progressive experience in project management with demonstrated proficiency across the full project lifecycle
- Solid understanding of project management principles and frameworks, including risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power BI is considered an asset
- A post‑secondary degree or diploma in business, information technology, or a related discipline is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
