- Responsible for opening the Center daily at 6:00am M-F
- Process client and branch cash, foreign currency, and precious metals orders
- Monitor, review, and respond to all incoming email messages in our shared generic email address for cash orders
- First point of reference for discrepancies and client issues
- Support management in daily operational issues
- Delivers consistent service to ensure KPI/SLA for each department are met
- Reporting, verification and documentation of work processes and outputs for completeness and accuracy and takes appropriate steps to correct as required
- Actively participates in weekly service routines and seeks out learning opportunities to improve their individual contribution to the team’s results
- Exercises due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, always adhering to custody and audit requirements
- Takes initiative to participate and develop skills and capabilities through Development Plan activities and career planning discussions
- Reliability and strong punctuality
- Ability to work on tight timelines and high volumes of work in production environment
- Strong attention to detail

- Cash handling experience
- Experience with computer software (ie. Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
