The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, proficiency in design software, and a keen eye for detail.Responsibility

Develop and design new products, components, and systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
Collaborate with engineers, production, and other stakeholders to refine designs and address technical challenges.
Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate design concepts.
Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure designs are produced accurately and efficiently.

Academic/Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Certification from a professional engineering body would be considered an asset.

Required Skills/Experience

5-7 year of proven experience as a Design Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Experience with simulation and analysis tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
