- Support the strategic vision and direction for call center workforce optimization programs in partnership with leadership
- Coordinate the translation of high-level business objectives into comprehensive transformation roadmaps
- Create and maintain program governance frameworks that ensure strategic alignment across multiple initiatives
- Guide senior stakeholders through critical decision-making processes related to workforce transformation
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of complex, high-impact transformation programs across call center operations
- Participate in program governance committees and steering groups to ensure initiatives deliver against strategic objectives
- Help establish key performance metrics for measuring program effectiveness and business impact
- Champion organizational change management to drive enterprise-wide adoption of new operating models
- Guide the development of sophisticated workforce strategies that align with evolving business priorities
- Lead the allocation of resources across multiple strategic initiatives to maximize organizational impact
- Lead strategic decision-making regarding resource investment and prioritization
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite and executive leadership teams
- Influence enterprise-wide decision making related to call center operations and workforce strategies
- Lead executive steering committees and governance forums to drive alignment and commitment
- Represent Workforce Management interests, serving as the voice for the WFM
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in WFM, strategic program management, operations, or organizational transformation
- Proven track record of successfully directing enterprise-wide change initiatives with significant business impact
- Executive-level experience in workforce strategy development and implementation within complex service environments
- Advanced understanding of organizational design, change management, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated success in influencing C-suite decision making and driving cross-functional alignment
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into executable transformation roadmaps
- Outstanding leadership presence with the gravitas to influence at the highest levels of the organization
- Superior communication skills with experience presenting to executive committees and boards
- Expert-level knowledge of program governance and portfolio management practices
- Sophisticated understanding of organizational dynamics and change leadership principles

- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
