This position involves supporting deposit compliance remediation and ensuring customer accounts meet regulatory standards through detailed review and documentation. The role offers an engaging environment within a leading financial organization, emphasizing accuracy, customer service, and teamwork.Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60 - $24.87Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed reviews of customer accounts and files to identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure Business Account compliance, documenting all interactions thoroughly.
  • Maintain accurate, complete documentation that aligns with client and business intentions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to support account reviews and compliance activities.
  • Manage time efficiently in meetings and daily tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely and responsibly.
Desired Skill-Set
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of KYC/KYB requirements.
  • Contact center experience.
  • Experience working in compliance or remediation roles in banking.
