Own the end-to-end administration and ongoing management of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of MNP’s LMS, providing guidance, best practices and system expertise to stakeholders across MNP
Proactively troubleshoot LMS issues, identifying the root cause and driving timely, sustainable resolutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams and LMS provider to ensure seamless integration of data
Continuously identify, recommend and implement changes
Evolve LMS to ensure it continues to support changing learning strategies, business priorities and regulatory requirements, while enhancing the user experience
Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards
Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits, reviewing reports and analyzing learning data
Support with governance, controls and security with LMS
Play a lead role in educating and/or training Regional Human Capital teams

Skills and Experience

Business Administration or Computer Science degree
Ability to communicate in French and English would be considered an asset
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS); Docebo experience is an asset
Proven data analysis experience with expertise in creating reports and dashboards
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Desire to collaborate and make an impact in a growing organization
Critical thinker who is motivated by continuous system improvement
