- Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions
- Work with the Manager to produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients
- Produce accurate and timely reports and documents
- Administrative duties such as processing mail, corresponding, answering telephones, general office duties
- Timely communication with internal and external guests/clients
- Inputting program bookings
- Managing VIP guest arrangements
- Creating and communicating documents including but not limited to BEO’s, group resumes, contracts, menus, diagrams/floor plans, expense reports
- Other projects and duties as required
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
- Excellent organizational and administration skills
- Prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Previous experience in a sales or events role
- Relevant degree, in a sales, business or hospitality program
