B.Sc.PT or MSc PT
Licensed with the College of Physiotherapy
Minimum of one year experience working in a post-acute hospital setting
experience in stroke, neuro, or complex rehab
GPA an asset
NDT training an asset
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact effectively with a multi-disciplinary team
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an interprofessional team (OT, nursing, physicians, SLP, social work, assistants)
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Ability to set patient-centered, functional goals
Experience with discharge planning and caregiver education
Excellent oral and written communication skills
