- Lead the delivery of technical solutions for enterprise data collection and analytics projects within a hub-and-spoke operating model.
- Build and manage a blended team of internal analytics professionals and vendor partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to data governance practices.
- Collaborate with business units to translate strategic priorities into analytics use cases that drive value and improve fleet and customer outcomes.
- Oversee the development of advanced analytics solutions, including predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Partner with IT and data engineering to ensure the scalability and compliance of cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with business needs and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years in analytics leadership roles with a track record of success in a hub-and-spoke model.
- Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise analytics solution delivery.
- Proficient in analytics techniques including predictive modeling, generative and agentic AI, and optimization.
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Python, R, SAS).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern data architectures.
- Knowledge of fleet management, telematics, and IoT data preferred.
- Effective in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
