You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of change management activities within complex organizational and technology transformation programs, helping organizations navigate change and improve adoption of new tools and ways of working.Your day may include supporting Stakeholder and Change impact assessments, developing communications and training materials, taking ownership of high quality client deliverables, preparing and supporting workshops with client stakeholders, and contributing to Change strategies that enable successful transformation initiatives.   • 2+ years of relevant experience supporting Organizational Change Management and/or technology-enabled transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record of:
  • Supporting components of organizational transformation or change management initiatives
  • Managing multiple priorities and delivering high quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working collaboratively within teams to meet project timelines and deliverables
  • Taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering work with attention to detail
  • Supporting project management activities such as preparing materials, coordinating workshops, and analyzing information
  • Experience working across multiple industries in both the public and private sectors is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated abilities to:
  • Analyze information and synthesize insights to support project deliverables
  • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them appropriately
  • Solving problems and adapting to environments with some level of ambiguity
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Develop clear and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
  • Previous experience working in a consulting environment are assets
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance may be required
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
