You play a key role in a fast-paced environment, leading and delivering strategic change consulting services to our clients. You leverage leading research, analytics and industry insights to provide our clients with business and people-focused solutions that drive long-lasting change.   • 5+ years of work experience.
  • Proven track record of:
  • Taking part in, and leading components of, complex organizational transformation programs.
  • Managing multiple priorities to deliver commitments and products on time with exceptional quality.
  • Working with teams of varying sizes that work under tight deadlines.
  • Leading yourself to deliver extremely high-quality work and products at pace.
  • Delivering the full cycle of project management accountabilities, including running workshops, assigning tasks and analyzing information.
  • Experience working within one of the following industries: Energy & Resources (including Oil and Gas) or the Public Sector.
Demonstrated abilities:
  • Anticipate the short- and long-term impacts of decisions.
  • Mitigate issues and risks proactively.
  • Solve problems in situations of high ambiguity.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • Create compelling PowerPoint products.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
