Shift: Flexible (Afternoon)
Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience and interview)Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead with valid MHE License and strong data analysis skills. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, support receiving activities, lead a team, and manage reporting and scheduling functions efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates
- Operate MHE equipment as required (Reach, Counterbalance, Dock Stocker, etc.)
- Oversee receiving operations including unloading trailers and verifying shipments
- Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damages
- Match purchase orders with received products and update system records
- Coordinate dock scheduling and manage inbound shipments
- Perform data analysis and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions)
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and receiving accuracy metrics
- Manage employee scheduling and attendance tracking
- Assist with budget monitoring and labor cost control
- Coordinate workflow to ensure timely receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment
- Communicate operational updates and reports via email to management
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
- Conduct shift meetings and provide performance feedback
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
- Support training and onboarding of new associates
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Valid MHE License
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Flexible to work morning or afternoon shifts
