Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience and interview)Job Overview:
We are currently hiring a Logistics Coordinator with a valid MHE License to support daily logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills, along with hands-on experience in logistics and receiving/dispatch functions.Job Duties:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors
- Schedule pickups, deliveries, and dock appointments
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare and verify shipping and receiving documents (BOLs, invoices, manifests)
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouses, and customers
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, shortages, and damages
- Update shipment status and inventory movements in the system
- Monitor freight costs and assist with cost control
- Support receiving and dispatch operations as required
- Maintain accurate records and daily logistics reports
- Use Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis (Pivot Tables preferred)
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading, unloading, and staging
- Assist with inventory control and reconciliation
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Valid MHE License
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or transportation
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work morning or afternoon shifts
