Intermediate Bilingual Client Success Manager to maintain and improve clients satisfaction for their Managed Security Services

- Ability to speak and write fully in English AND French (Bilingual)
- 3+ years of experience in a Client Success/Customer Success or similar role
- Previous experience with client relationship management (improving satisfaction rates, fostering business relationships, identifying gaps, etc.)
- High level understanding of cyber security and security postures
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, etc
- Degree in Communications or Marketing
- Proactive work with MDR Customers, support Product Management, Sales and SOC Teams
- Establish a constructive relationship with the customer base through regular touchpoints
- Provide clients with dashboards and usage statistics of their use of the service and collect their feedback
- Update and maintain Renewal trackers and work closely with counterpart from Vendor
- Ensure Technical Escalation Contacts are up-to-date
- Review existing service contracts with clients, and identify potential up-sell opportunities.
