- Identify, pursue, and acquire new relationships contacts with existing accounts to continue the relationship, ensuring the ongoing success of the account
- Successfully implement new client accounts, ensuring they are onboarded and converted to an active client.
- Provides advice and recommendations on investments and business opportunities, focused on infrastructure
- Provides oversight and leadership of the development and implementation of sales and client engagement initiatives within the region.
- Provide guidance, performance management and leadership to direct reports.
- Data mining/networking to discover new leads
- Consult with confidence on the phone the benefits and abilities of the organization
- Set appointments with prospects with the goal of generating sales revenue and building customer loyalty
- Prospecting for business partners and following up with sales calls
- Develop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to qualified/closed status
- As opportunities for the sale of existing products and services are identified, coordinate the transfer of the lead to appropriate sales team member
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive
- Experience working for large staffing services agencies such as Randstad, AppleOne, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adeco, Manpower, etc.
- Demonstrated sound judgement and decision-making ability
- Understand sales cycles and how to approach lead generation
- Self-motivated and displays a high degree of diligence and accountability
- Posses strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in Business to Business marketing
- Ability to build trust, respect, and collaboration in all business relationships
