
Business Development Production Coordinator

- Act as the point of contact for tracking and following up on external deliverables to publishing partners and other business contracts.
- Maintain and manage calendars, timelines, and communications for ongoing business conversations and engagements.
- Ensure timely delivery of documents, proposals, and materials post-meeting or pitch.
- Manage travel and bookings for the business development team for client meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate the scheduling and execution of work required internally, such as pitch preparation and other work to be completed internally to support business development.
- Track progress on business development tasks across creative, production, and executive teams.
- Create professional, visually compelling PowerPoint and Google Slides decks for game development pitches, publisher meetings, and partnership discussions.
- Work with creative, narrative, and art teams to gather content and shape it into persuasive, on-brand presentation materials.
- Maintain a library of templates, assets, and best practices to ensure consistency and polish across all external-facing documents.
- 2 years experience in a coordination, production, or business development support role-ideally within a games, entertainment, or creative studio environment.
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Google Slides; basic design and formatting skills are essential. Basic Adobe Photoshop / image editing and website CMS skills are a plus.
- Experience collaborating with game dev teams (art, design, narrative, production) is a strong asset.
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented-able to balance long-term planning with urgent short-term tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly tone when liaising with partners.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
- A passion for games and understanding of the gaming ecosystem (studios, publishers, platforms, genres, etc.) is highly desirable.
