- As a trusted advisor, you work with hiring managers to develop a customized strategy to attract, find, and evaluate the best talent.

- You are curious and informed about changes and trends in recruitment and the healthcare industry, and use these observations to evolve the field of talent acquisition or your client group's objectives.
- You will coach and mentor colleagues by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration to elevate team performance and support continuous learning.
- You drive integration and change management by working closely with newly acquired teams to implement and align TELUS' talent acquisition service delivery model.
- You are bilingual (English and French), both written and verbal
- You are known for your ability to listen, question, analyze, and communicate clearly and simply.
- You excel at understanding and evaluating the needs of hiring leaders and candidates, and you know how to set clear expectations.
- You have a strong sense of urgency and a good ability to work under pressure.
- You are results-oriented and able to work in a time-sensitive environment.
- You have the ability to proactively identify problems and opportunities, analyze facts and data, and develop and implement creative solutions.
- You know how to tackle difficult situations and use your influencing and negotiating skills with stakeholders, including senior executives.
- With exceptional organizational skills, you demonstrate resilience and can adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
- You collaborate with others and foster their engagement, support your colleagues, and readily highlight their achievements.
- You are social media savvy and know how to leverage platforms to their full potential to attract the best talent.
- You have 3 to 5 years of corporate recruitment experience
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- You have experience in recruiting for retirement benefits solutions roles.
- You are a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals (CHRP)
