Bayshore Healthcare is also recognized as Canada’s Best Employers in Forbes 2023 list.Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruitment Coordinator completes day-to-day recruitment activities to support the BSRx division, specifically the Talent Acquisition team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Complete reference checks and criminal background checks.Coordinate, schedule and facilitate New Employee OrientationComplete all New Hire paperwork including onboarding documents, invites to company platforms, creating employee files and new hire trainingsCoordinate onboarding with the Managers and other departments as neededMaintain employee files such that all required documentation, including copies of current professional registration and degrees are submittedCollecting and tracking details to keep the HR information system up to date.Initiate internal promotion letters, reporting change letters, and job/title change letters as requested, and update PeopleSoft accordingly.Handle payroll and benefits-related inquiries and assist employees to complete forms as part of the on-boarding process.Maintain current knowledge on the HR Management Systems such as PeopleSoft (HRIS) and Taleo (ATS), will ensuring employee profiles are updated.Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns;Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.Participates in HR ProjectsPerform other duties as assignedWork Location : Bayshore Healthcare, Markham, OntarioIn this posistion you will work in a Hybrid Model with 3 days per week onsite, with the first three months being onsiteQualificationsUniversity degree in HR or a related field, with a preference for a HR designationA minimum of 1 year of experience working in Human Resources as an Administrator or Coordinator with a focus on RecruitmentIntermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Experience working in a fast paced environmentClear and concise communication skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to prioritize request
