What's the Job?We are seeking an analytical and detail-driven eCommerce Business Analyst to support online marketplace performance. This role partners with Senior Business Managers to deliver insights, optimize digital shelf content, and support daily eCommerce operations.Pay Rate: $35/hr | Location: Remote (CanadaKey Responsibilities
  • Analyze Amazon/eCommerce performance (sales, traffic, conversion, share of search, content health, Buy Box).
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth.
  • Audit and optimize Amazon product pages (titles, bullets, images, A+ content).
  • Monitor content accuracy, compliance, and discoverability across platforms.
  • Support daily eCommerce operations, troubleshooting listing/content issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and digital teams.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Advanced Excel; strong PowerPoint & MS Office skills.
  • Experience with Amazon analytics or eCommerce KPIs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with POS/syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI) is an asset.
