If you want to join a team that takes themselves just seriously enough to produce great work, we'd love to welcome you.As we continue to grow, both geographically and in our expertise, we are looking for people who want to join a high-growth and highly collaborative company.Dig insights is looking for a dedicated and passionate Analyst, Insights to join our growing Chicago office.Digital Content & Social Intern - About this roleWe're looking for a hands-on intern to join Dig's Digital Strategy & Campaigns team, focused on building social-first content that actually makes people stop scrolling.This is not a generalist role. You'll be in the weeds - concepting, designing, and bringing to life organic content across TikTok and LinkedIn that pushes our brand (and the insights industry) forward.What you'll do:
  • Create social-native content that translates our campaigns into bold, engaging, and unexpected formats
  • Partner closely with our Social Campaigns Lead to experiment across channels, formats, and ideas - nothing is off limits
  • Support and grow our employee advocacy program, working with senior leaders to elevate their LinkedIn presence and content
  • Contribute to content ideation, storytelling, and design that builds our distinct voice in the market
  • Collaborate with designers, event marketers, and our paid digital team to bring campaigns to life across touchpoints
About the Marketing & Brand Strategy Team:You'll report into one of Dig's earliest marketing hires who has built our social presence from the ground up into a cult following within the insights space. We don't play it safe. We borrow from the best of consumer brands to create content that feels human, distinctive, and worth engaging with.What you'll get:
