Job Description:Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join their team. This is an opportunity to play an integral role in supporting daily accounting operations and administrative functions for a growing company.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Maintain and update records using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry
  • Assist in processing payroll and preparing payroll reports
  • Prepare financial reports for management and assist with month-end close
  • Act as the primary contact for vendors and service providers
  • Support the preparation of tax documents and coordination with outside accountants
  • Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Proven background in bookkeeping and office administration
  • Strong knowledge of AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
