We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Manager, Workforce Strategy.This is an individual contributor roleWhat will you do?As a Sr. Manager, Workforce Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end growth strategies, driving workforce planning, and managing workspace operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering with business units and developing and implementing workforce strategies to drive business growth
  • Strategizing and driving recruitment efforts to meet business objectives
  • Working with GFT Supplier Management, hub teams and GFT pillars to achieve overall workforce strategy & growth targets
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team to serve as the central business escalation point for all recruitment-related issues
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and provide updates on recruitment progress
  • Analyzing data to inform workforce planning and decision-making
  • Managing workspace operations, including conflict resolution and localized planning for return-to-office initiatives
Must-have
  • Ability to analyze data and inform decision-making
  • Strong Critical thinking, strategic thinking mindset, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work through ambiguity.
  • Workforce planning, workspace management skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong experience with change management initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
Nice-to-have
  • Experience in IT or financial services industry
  • Tableau, Advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with workforce analytics and planning tools
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
