- Partnering with business units and developing and implementing workforce strategies to drive business growth
- Strategizing and driving recruitment efforts to meet business objectives
- Working with GFT Supplier Management, hub teams and GFT pillars to achieve overall workforce strategy & growth targets
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team to serve as the central business escalation point for all recruitment-related issues
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and provide updates on recruitment progress
- Analyzing data to inform workforce planning and decision-making
- Managing workspace operations, including conflict resolution and localized planning for return-to-office initiatives
- Ability to analyze data and inform decision-making
- Strong Critical thinking, strategic thinking mindset, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work through ambiguity.
