On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Supply Chain Compliance Analyst in Toronto.The Supply Chain Compliance Analyst will ensure that the organisation's supply chain operations align with regulatory standards and internal policies. This position requires a detail-oriented professional to monitor, assess, and improve compliance processes within the e-commerce industry in Toronto.
  • Monitor supply chain processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance strategies.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit reports on compliance status and findings to senior management.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards impacting supply chain operations.
  • Work closely with the Legal department to address compliance-related issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes.

  • Educational background in business, supply chain, law, or a related field.
  • Experience working in compliance or supply chain roles, ideally in the Retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulations to supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in using compliance management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
