On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Supply Chain Compliance Analyst in Toronto.The Supply Chain Compliance Analyst will ensure that the organisation's supply chain operations align with regulatory standards and internal policies. This position requires a detail-oriented professional to monitor, assess, and improve compliance processes within the e-commerce industry in Toronto.

Monitor supply chain processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance strategies.
Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
Prepare and submit reports on compliance status and findings to senior management.
Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards impacting supply chain operations.
Work closely with the Legal department to address compliance-related issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes.

Educational background in business, supply chain, law, or a related field.
Experience working in compliance or supply chain roles, ideally in the Retail industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and apply regulations to supply chain operations.
Proficiency in using compliance management tools and software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
