This involves developing and implementing policies, programs, and tools to facilitate transitions from current to future states, including project changes and employee onboarding. You will focus on promoting employee adoption through targeted training programs and materials, while also monitoring KPIs to assess the effectiveness of change management and training strategies.More specifically, you will be tasked with:
  • support organizational change management efforts for technology programs
  • develop the change management strategy with clearly defined goals, objectives and criteria for success
  • apply OCM principles consistent with industry standard change management methodologies to all communications, change and training programs
  • work with key stakeholders and determine engagement strategies to win the support of the organisation
  • develop and implement a communication strategy to keep all impacted stakeholders informed of changes
  • develop and publish impactful and consistent communication to articulate benefits of the initiative and ‘what’s in It for me’ (WIIFM)
  • establish and coordinate the change agent network responsible for delivering key messages in regions, at assets and corporate offices
  • work in partnership with OCM teams from correlated projects to ensure optimal outcomes for joint stakeholders
  • direct third-party teams responsible for OCM delivery to ensure accountability and provision of deliverables
  • define KPI’s to assess the efficacy of the change management plan and communications. Monitor KPI’s throughout deployment and report to leadership regularly
  • collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPO’s) and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to identify training needs and develop and deliver training plans
  • develop learning programs which support long-term adoption, skills development and retention beyond implementation
  • develop and maintain role-based training collateral (procedures, quick reference guides, e-learning, job aids)
  • develop and maintain a centralised document repository and or platform for access to up-to-date training materials
  • define KPI’s to assess the efficacy of training programs. Monitor KPI’s throughout deployment and report to leadership regularly
  • promote a learning culture thru coaching and interactions
Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in social science, computer science, business administration, education or related business discipline
  • SAP certification: S/4 HANA, certification in change management, e.g. CCMP, PROSCI or a project Management Certification are an asset.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.
  • minimum 10 years’ experience in organisational change management (OCM) and/or training in global transformation environments
  • project management experience, preferably in information systems
  • experience with SAP Fiori a must
  • experience with COUPA, enterprise application software, data management and training technologies and tools
  • experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar background eliciting business requirements and transforming those into end-user deliverables
  • experience working with information systems resources and transforming technical processes and materials into end-user training collateral
  • hands-on training experience, especially delivering train-the-trainer programs for technology projects
  • presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of stakeholders
  • familiarity with multi-cultural and multi-language workplaces
  • ability to build business relationships and understand end-to-end data and information system use and needs
  • experience getting things done through others
  • mining sector experience
  • ability to perform under pressure and respond to (un)planned events
  • ability to engage resources in remote/virtual settings
  • experience connecting across the organization and with external partners to deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes through teamwork and alignment of objectives
Languages: English fluency and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Spanish, French proficiency highly regarded.Travel: 25 % travelWhat we offer:
