- Driving Business Growth: Spearheading Dialogue's expansion by developing and managing partnerships with key Carrier Partners, Advisors, and Brokers
- Innovating Partnerships: Strategizing and executing new partnership channels while maintaining and strengthening existing collaborations to ensure sustained growth
- Elevating Key Relationships: Cultivating and deepening relationships with critical stakeholders to elevate Dialogue's position as the premier partner of choice
- Creating and Executing Strategic Plans: Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive business strategy aimed at expanding and nurturing strategic relationships across Canada
- Negotiating High-Value Deals: Leading complex contract negotiations with C-suite executives to secure long-term, high-impact partnerships
- Leading a High-Performing Team: Building, mentoring, and managing a dynamic team of partnership professionals, driving excellence, and fostering a collaborative culture
- 7+ Years of Experience: Demonstrated expertise in partner management and business development, with a proven track record of driving successful partnerships-
- C-Suite Sales Experience: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, influencing decision-making and driving business outcomes
- Partnerships in Complex Industries: Proven experience in creating or managing partnerships within healthcare, complex technology industries, or similar sectors. Familiarity with the benefits provider, insurance, virtual healthcare would be well considered
- Contract Negotiation Success: A history of successfully negotiating complex contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support long-term business goals
- Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable thriving in a rapidly evolving, dynamic organization, with the ability to pivot and execute under pressure
- Hands-On Leadership: A hands-on leader who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and actively engage with the team on key pursuits and projects, ensuring alignment and execution
