As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and bringing to life the vision of our prestigious brands: L'Oréal Professionnel, Pureology, Kérastase, and Shu Uemura. You'll be the face of our brands, building trust with clients and ensuring our products shine at the point of sale.1 year contract.Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Development: Create and execute action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Innovation Launches: Present and activate new product launches with clients.
- Events and Merchandising: Organize events in collaboration with clients and optimize product visibility in stores.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
You are driven by sales and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You're an effective communicator who can negotiate and represent our brands with excellence.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sharp business acumen with the ability to create growth plans.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
