- Process accounts payable inquiries through a ticketing platform while meeting established service level agreements.
- Handle invoice processing and posting activities within SAP.
- Ensure compliance with all accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor-related inquiries, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Communicate effectively with end users to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct root cause analysis on issues and propose sustainable process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance end-to-end P2P processes.
- Manage escalations and resolve issues efficiently while minimizing impact.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via helpdesk and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all P2P-related queries.
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in finance or ERP systems are considered an asset.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Experience working with SAP and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Background in customer experience or end-user support roles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and French to support internal stakeholders and vendors across Canada, ensuring effective communication, accurate issue resolution, and consistent service delivery.
- Spanish language skills are considered a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to recommend solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and adapt to different time zones.
