P2P Analyst (SAP)Dynamic opportunity in the mining sector for a P2P and accounts payable specialist to enhance end-user experience within a global environment. Based in Montréal with a hybrid setup, this role leverages SAP, ServiceNow, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize processes and service delivery across regions.What is in it for you:
  • Salaried: $38-40 per hour.
  • Incorporated Business Rate: $40-44 per hour.
  • 12-month contract.
  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
  • On-site presence required a minimum of 4 days per week.
  • Flexibility to support multiple time zones.
Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable inquiries through a ticketing platform while meeting established service level agreements.
  • Handle invoice processing and posting activities within SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounts payable policies and procedures.
  • Manage vendor-related inquiries, expense reports, and payment requests.
  • Communicate effectively with end users to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on issues and propose sustainable process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance end-to-end P2P processes.
  • Manage escalations and resolve issues efficiently while minimizing impact.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via helpdesk and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all P2P-related queries.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in finance or ERP systems are considered an asset.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Experience working with SAP and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Background in customer experience or end-user support roles.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French to support internal stakeholders and vendors across Canada, ensuring effective communication, accurate issue resolution, and consistent service delivery.
  • Spanish language skills are considered a bonus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to recommend solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and adapt to different time zones.
