Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Analyst to join their team immediately and will run until January 2027, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of IBP experience and strong project implementation skills in Demand Planning, Sales & Operations, or Supply Planning processes. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and provide standards and best practices to support teams for project delivery and application maintenance.
  • Provide knowledge the SAP IBP module and business functions to respond to business requirements, and position potential solutions.
  • Develop relationships with key business users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solutions.
  • Support the business and PMO in demand management and project prioritization.
  • Participate in the elaboration of projects implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners, and participate in continuous improvement, projects and application maintenance activities.
  • Participate in relevant implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including design, configuration, testing and implementation.
  • Provide technical support to project delivery and continuous improvement work.
  • Confirm that technical specifications are matching business requirements. Supervise and guide key resources for the development and testing phases.
  • Contribute to decisions on product, tool, and method selection, providing input on industry trends.
  • Support organizational change management functions in the development and delivery of end user training, change impact assessments and job aids.
  • Suggest improvements for the solutions maintenance/operation.
