
Site Supervisor (Residential Construction)

- Monitoring upcoming jobs, conducting pre-inspections, and reviewing job specifications
- Communicating with builders' supervisors regarding requirements, changes, and site conditions
- Assigning jobs to crews, ensuring scope of work is clearly understood and executed
- Coordinating with the production team to align crew schedules, work orders, and supplier needs
- Performing quality control inspections (pre-installation, post-installation, and service as required)
- Assisting with crew management, problem-solving, and resolving on-site issues
- Overseeing performance and ensuring quality protocols are consistently met
- Maintaining strong communication with management, subcontractors, vendors, and builders
- Supporting equipment and site maintenance, including preventive measures and inspections
- Leading and motivating field crews while fostering a culture of safety and respect
- Conducting toolbox meetings, ensuring hazard assessments are completed, and reporting safety issues
- Delivering materials, assisting with returns, and supporting shop/office needs as required
- Providing accurate updates on crew completion status and approvals for sub-contractor payments
- Upholding the company's policies, safety standards, and core values in all tasks
- Supervisor training from ACSA (asset)
- First Aid, Fall Protection, and Man-Lift certification
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- 3+ years as a Site Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- 3+ years of residential construction experience in the field or equivalent knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Conflict resolution, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF, and related software
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Team-oriented but also able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Full benefits package after 3-month probation
- 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
