Responsibilities for Tactical Security SupervisorLead, supervise, and support the security team during assigned shiftsOversee and coordinate daily operations at the siteConduct briefings and ensure team understand expectations.Ensure all security personnel follow company policies, site instructions, and remain updated on proceduresMonitor, deter, and respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security concernsConduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and complianceComplete detailed daily activity logs and incident reportsPerform additional related duties as required while demonstrating strong leadership, professionalism, and sound decision-making skills * Access Control, Patrols, CCTV, Vagrant RemovalQualifications for Tactical Security Supervisor
  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • 1 year of experience in security and team management.
  • First aid certification mandatory
  • Hold a valid security license
