Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security GuardWhat matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Tell us about how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths. As a Tactical Mobile Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.Schedule: 2 Week Continental Rotation, 84 hours
Address: Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and nearby
Training schedule: Three days of training with a supervisor, 12-hour shifts 1900-0700
Training rate: $18.35/hrWhat's in it for you?

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard
  • Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot)
  • Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws.
  • Deterring and responding to incidents on the property.
  • Responding to various types of emergencies.
  • Grounding at sites when required.
  • Maintain posted speed limits, driving in a safe manner.
  • Driving for extended periods of time.
  • Responsible for company and client property (client keys, company phone, company vehicle and more).
  • Ability to maintain detailed notes. Ability to write detailed report notes.
Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard
  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • Hold a valid security license
  • 1 year security experience.
  • A valid driver's license (full G or G-2).
  • Clear criminal background and driving record.
  • Must be 19 or older for insurance reasons.
  • First aid certification required
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
