- Facilitate elicitation sessions with the client to determine business requirements
- Identify, assess, and document business requirements, recommending business priorities and advising business on options, risks, and costs versus benefits of various solutions
- Facilitate the solution design with the architecture & development team
- Identify and communicate risks to delivering solution on time
- Determine risk mitigation strategies
- Contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews
- Provide input for the development of formal business cases, where applicable
- Provide consultancy to Architecture, Development, Quality Control and Deployment resources
- Responsible for reporting work product development status and other relevant project life cycle metrics.
- Assists in establishing traceability between the requirements and test cases, reducing time to fix issues and identify anomalies.
- Provides business and data analysis support to customer implementation and solution development projects.
- Interface with multiple external vendors for our key technologies. Participate in Vendor Business Reviews
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering / Computer Science or related technical field
- 6 + years of professional experience
- Must have experience in CCaaS or Contact Center as a Service
- Work Experience in Genesys Pure Connect Platform and/or Genesys PureCloud Platform
- Hands on experience in complete Software Development Life Cycle including Requirement Analysis, System Study, Detail Design
- Document, Code Development, Testing and Project Management.
- Maturity to interface with Senior Leaders in the firm for deployment of our solutions.
- Ability to represent GCC at Technology war rooms when there are outages
- Able to proactively identify issues, underlying problems, magnitude of situations and identify potential solutions.
- Able to work cross-functionally and to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicator in both written and in-person collaborations
- Strong ability to coach team members, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers
- Experience deploying vendor/custom technology products
- Experience in Genesys Pure Connect /PureCloud suite of products (Inbound, outbound, Routing, Multimedia & Reporting).
- Implemented Contact Center Technologies - enhancement, upgrade and product development projects.
