
Human Resources Coordinator - Contract

- Supporting the recruitment lifecycle by posting job opportunities across multiple platforms, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining applicant tracking processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Assisting with onboarding activities such as organizing orientation sessions, collecting new hire documentation, and ensuring all pre-employment checks completed
- Assisting with benefits administration and responding to employee inquiries
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems
- Assisting with internal and external HR-related communications
- Supporting the HR team with various projects and tasks as needed
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources support role
- Experience supporting recruitment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with a high attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset
