#WeAreWSPWhat you can expect to do here
- You'll support groundwater modelling projects using tools such as MODFLOW, FEFLOW, HydroGeoSphere or similar software.
- You'll assist in the development of conceptual and numerical models for groundwater flow and contaminant transport.
- You'll collaborate with hydrogeologists, geochemists, and environmental engineers on multidisciplinary projects.
- You'll analyze and interpret hydrogeological data to inform model calibration and validation.
- You'll contribute to technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and regulatory bodies.
- You'll participate in field programs including groundwater sampling, aquifer testing, and site characterization.
- A degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering, Geoscience, or a related field.
- Familiarity with groundwater modelling software such as MODFLOW, FEFLOW, HydroGeoSphere, Leapfrog Works or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS, Surfer, ParaView, and Tecplot is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Eligibility for professional registration (e.g., P.Geo., EIT) is an asset.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
