Service Requisition Analyst

• 3+ years of experience supporting purchase orders for Engineering and Construction capital projects
• Experience with project cost control, cost administration, and financial transaction support in a project environment
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud / Oracle Financials for requisition and purchase order management
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, for reporting, tracking, and analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently within a matrix organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

• Familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint for reporting and stakeholder insights

• Provide advanced cost control support to assigned project management teams
• Initiate purchase orders and change orders in collaboration with Project Controls Advisors and Execution or Engineering Leads
• Ensure requisition instructions are complete, accurate, and supported by the required information
• Serve as the single point of contact for accurate creation of purchase requisitions in Oracle Financials
• Monitor the status of purchase orders and change orders and provide updates and insights to stakeholders
• Analyze data using Oracle Financials reports, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel reports
• Support purchase order revisions, change orders, and contract revisions when funding is insufficient
• Partner with Supply Chain Management and Accounts Payable on goods receipt and invoice validation activities
• Help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of invoice management processes across project phases
