Apply today to join our team!*** This is a rotational role to fly in and out from our different bases across Kamloops, Terrace, or Squamish, BC.Essential ResponsibilitiesConduct maintenance on aircraft or aircraft componentsPerform all maintenance activities in accordance with the applicable standards of airworthinessEnsure all paperwork for assigned tasks is complete and accurate before submissionEnsure all maintenance installations meet the standards of airworthinessTroubleshoot faulty systems to determine a course of rectificationTravel with an aircraft and apprentice / mechanic when assigned away from base for an extended period of time, as requiredAssist with sheet metal / avionics repairs as neededQualificationsMinimum 3 years’ hands-on line experience on Rotary aircrafts.Experience on EC135 or AS350 or Bell 407 considered an asset.Endorsements are preferred, but we will trainCurrent Transport Canada M1/M2 AME LicenseExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with strong observational, decision-making and time management skillsStrong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWork ConditionsThis position will be based out of Kamloops, BC with travel to other bases or field work as required.Additional InformationSummit Helicopters, a member of the Ledcor Group of Companies, delivers helicopter aviation solutions with one of the largest and most diverse fleets in the industry.
