- Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, investigating variances
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Maintain and improve accounting processes and controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with reconciliations, month-end, and financial analysis
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Pursuit of an accounting designation (CPA) is considered an asset
