We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking individuals for an immediate opportunity supporting flood protection projects across Canada. This is a project-based role with the potential to transition into long-term employment for high performers.This position starts in South Edmonton, assisting in the yard and shop with inventory and trailer loading, followed by travel to project sites (Montreal) where you will work hands-on in the field.Location: South Edmonton, AB (Shop/Yard) + Travel to Montreal, QCWhat You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting in the shop/yard with inventory management and loading trailers
Driving company trucks (½ ton, 1 ton, occasional F550) with trailers up to 43’ across Canada
Supporting flood protection crews on-site
Working in a team environment with the potential to grow into a crew lead role
Operating equipment (training provided): skid steer, telehandler, forklift

Schedule & Pay:

12-hour shifts
$24/hour (shop/yard/driving)
$30/hour (field work – boots on the ground)
Hotels fully covered
$60/day per diem

Requirements:

Valid Class 5 driver’s license with trailer towing experience
Clean driver’s abstract (required)
Ability to travel and work out of town for extended periods
Comfortable working long hours in high-pressure environments
First Aid, TDG, and WHMIS (required to start)
Experience operating equipment is an asset (training/certification provided)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-first attitude
