- Travel is provided to and from the site locations from a designated hub location in Edmonton, AB
- Private room with cable television

- Supervising the work conducted with the dining room within a remote lodge setting
- Responsible for driving themselves, staff, and food suppliers to the offsite locations
- Train staff on dining room and lunchroom standards and continue to mentor staff
- Daily set up of the dining room and offsite lunchrooms for each meal service, which includes but not limited to arranging place settings at tables, setting salad bar, cleaning, and stocking
- Serving guests, auditing, inventory, assisting in kitchen where required and other duties as required
- Production of menu items in large volumes
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Climb ladders and stairs
- Stand, walk, squat, kneel or sit according to task for extended lengths of time
- Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands
- Work with arms above shoulder height
- 3 years of experience in the food service industry, hotel management
- SafeCheck advanced food safety certification or HACCP certification is an asset
- Valid class 5 driver's license and recent clean driver's abstract will be required prior to position commencement
- Production experience preparing menu items in large volumes
- Experience in supervising and training a team
- You have an ability and desire to work independently with minimal supervision, and as a team player
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe software including POS equipment
- Able to effectively handle the concerns of employees, customers, and clients with tact while adhering to confidentiality policies
- Must be able to successfully pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Enjoy excellent work-life balance with a 3 week on/ 3 week off rotation
