- Work with the Channel Leads and activation teams on in-platform projects, such as the adoption of new tools, changes to admin functions (financial, platform ownership, etc), policy updates, and more. With your in-platform experience, you will support activation teams in bringing these to life; ensuring projects stay organized and collaboratively progress towards deadlines.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of projects owned by the Adressable CoE. The CoE's projects are dynamic. In the project manager component of this role, you will ensure projects are advancing and coordinated across multiple stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Channel Leads, you will stay up to date on the latest industry updates and platform releases. You will liaise between platform partners, internal teams, and the Addressable CoE to ensure updates and key information are circulated in a timely manner.
- Support the roll out of internal operational processes across a high volume of teams, providing support and ensuring swift adoption.
- Support the Canada CoE in the regional implementation of initiatives from the Global CoE.
- Support the Channel Leads in efforts to foster vibrant Search / Social / Programmatic communities for practitioners (team training sessions, certification sprints, culture-building activities, partner connection events, etc).
- 2-3 years experience of in-platform campaign execution (priority on Social and/or Programmatic). Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, DV360, TTD, Pinterest, LinkedIn (or a combination thereof).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proactive approach to problem solving, comfort navigating ambiguity, a team player and a can-do attitude.
- Highly developed organizational skills, with an ability to oversee multiple projects and concurrent timelines with ease. Comfort in building workback schedules and timelines, communicating milestones, and tracking the attainment of.
- Previous experience in an agency setting is an asset.
