Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
Welcome and advise guests with professionalism and friendliness.
Create classic and custom cocktails, showcasing the art of mixology.
Deliver quick, attentive service while respecting hygiene and safety standards.
Keep the bar and equipment clean and well-organized.
Manage beverage and supply inventories and assist with ordering.
Stay up to date with beverage trends in spirits, wines, and beers.
Contribute to a warm and memorable guest experience at the bar.

Your profile

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a bartender.
MAPAQ and ASP certifications (assets).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
