- Lead and manage a team of technologists responsible for the design, implementation, and support of core company systems and network infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for core systems and network infrastructure to support the company's business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that core systems and network infrastructure meet the needs of the organization.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of core company systems, including email application, instant messaging application, company wide ticket system, online meeting application, cloud storage, IAM and other critical applications.
- Manage the design, implementation, and optimization of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers, to ensure reliability, scalability, and security at a global scale.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for core systems and network infrastructure.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance the reliability and security of core systems and network infrastructure.
- Guide and mentor your team; fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services and maximize value for the organization.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in information systems and infrastructure management, with a focus on core systems and network infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment including coaching, guiding, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive results in a complex evolving environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, PMP) are a plus.
- Previous experience working in a start-up environment or fast-paced, high-growth company is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and experience implementing controls within core systems and infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Cloud Infrastructure - AWS, MS Azure etc.
- Network Infrastructure - Cisco Meraki, Verkada, Fortinet etc.
