Basé(e) à Montréal, le/la titulaire aura pour mission de soutenir efficacement l'équipe de location dans ses activités quotidiennes et ses projets stratégiques.CE QUE VOUS FEREZCréer et tenir à jour des documents immobiliers détaillés nécessitant des niveaux élevés d’exactitude, y compris les rapports aux clients, les propositions de location, les lettres d’intention, les ententes de courtiers externes, l’analyse de location, et autres rapports requis;Responsable de l’examen des demandes de crédit-bail, du calcul des revenus de commission, de la gestion du flux de travail, du processus d’approbation et de facturation pour les ententes de location et prévisions des revenus;Responsable de la création et de la mise à jour des hypothèses de location dans le cadre d’appels mensuels avec le client;Créer des plans de location de couleurs pour les ventes, l’expiration, les annexes et les propositions;Produire des rapports sur l’état des contrats de location et participer à la production de présentations et de propositions aux clients, allant des présentations de formulaires standard aux propositions plus importantes et plus intensives;Concevoir et distribuer du matériel de marketing, comme des aperçus du marché, des brochures, des cartes postales, des présentations, des rapports et des propositions;Tenir à jour les bases de données internes, les bases de données des clients et des clients potentiels;Fournir un soutien administratif pour la facturation, le courrier, la saisie et la modification de documents, l’organisation des réunions et des calendriers, etc.CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONSBilinguisme tant en français qu’en anglais*, oral et écrit;Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou l’équivalent ET/OU expérience équivalente en commerce de détail;Au moins deux à trois ans d’expérience en immobilier commercial, idéalement en lien avec la location d’espaces commerciaux;Solide capacité de gérer plusieurs projets et échéanciers;Excellent suivi et grand souci du détail;Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office et maîtrise d’Excel requise;Solides aptitudes pour la rédaction, la révision et l’organisation;Grande motivation, et volonté de prendre des initiatives et de travailler de façon autonome;Solides aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et capacité de travailler en collaboration avec les coéquipiers et les clients;Faire preuve de créativité et habile à développer des solutions efficaces et capacité de mener à bien les projets à temps;Capacité à prioriser les projets afin de respecter les différents échéanciers.*Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires, touristes ou partenaires externes basés à l’extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d’avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d’analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, clientèle non-francophone, etc.).----JLL is looking for a Leasing Coordinator to support its Quebec Retail leasing team. Based in Montreal, the incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the leasing team.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGCreate and maintain detailed real estate documents requiring high levels of accuracy, including client reports, lease proposals, letters of intent, external broker agreements, leasing analysis, and other required reports.Responsible for reviewing lease applications, calculating commission income, managing workflow, approval and invoicing process for lease agreements and revenue forecastingResponsible for creating and updating rental assumptions through monthly calls with the client.Create color rental plans for sales, expiration, appendices, and proposalsProduce reports on the status of leases and participate in the production of client presentations and proposals, ranging from standard form presentations to larger, more intensive proposals.Develops and distributes marketing materials, such as market overviews, brochures, postcards, presentations, reports and proposals.Maintain internal databases, customer and lead databasesProvide administrative support for invoicing, mailing, document entry and editing, organization of meetings and calendars, etc.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORBilingualism in both French and English*, oral and writtenUniversity degree in business administration or equivalent AND/OR equivalent experience in retail.At least two to three years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally in connection with the leasing of commercial spaces.Strong ability to manage multiple projects and schedules.Excellent follow-up and great attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in Excel required.Strong writing, editing and organizational skills.High motivation, and willingness to take initiative and work independently.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teammates and clients.Demonstrate creativity and skill in developing effective solutions and ability to complete projects on time.Ability to prioritize projects to meet different deadlines.*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants, tourists or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.).Location:On-site –Montreal, QCIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
