- Architect our Webflow Ecosystem: Build and maintain a scalable, component-based architecture in Webflow. You’ll ensure our site is modular, making it easy for the marketing team to spin up high-converting landing pages independently.
- Enable High-Velocity Experimentation: Build the technical foundation for A/B testing and personalization.
- Bridge the Technical Gap: While Webflow is our home base, you’ll handle complex requirements that go beyond low-code—whether that’s managing legacy Drupal instances or building custom headless components with Next.js.
- Optimize for Performance & SEO: Own the technical health of the site. You will have a relentless focus on page speed, schema markup, and technical SEO to ensure we capture and retain maximum organic traffic.
- Integrate the Growth Stack: Ensure seamless data flow between the website and our marketing automation tools (CRM, Analytics, Email), ensuring every lead is captured and tracked accurately.
- Act as a Tech Lead supporting the team’s DEV/QA/UX resources by ensuring smooth Sprint deployments and effective comms, while co-managing Scrum Board and Agile ceremonies in a limited capacity.
- Webflow Mastery: You aren't just a user; you are an expert. You understand Client-First (or similar) frameworks, custom code injections, and CMS collections at scale.
- The Hybrid Skillset: You have a strong foundation in modern JavaScript (React/Next.js) and are comfortable navigating PHP-based environments like Drupal when needed.
- Growth Mindset: You understand that a "perfect" site is one that converts. You are comfortable debugging a failed tracking pixel or optimizing a form for better UX.
- Experience: 5-8+ years in web development, with a proven track record of supporting marketing teams in a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment.
- Primary: Webflow
- Nice to Have: Next.js / React, Drupal (PHP), Vercel, Cloudflare
- Marketing Tools: Google Tag Manager, GA4, A/B Testing platforms (VWO, Unbounce), HubSpot/Salesforce integrations.
(The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)
