- Collaborate with various stakeholders both inside and outside the organization, including human resources departments at different locations, service providers, center of expertise, payroll, accounting, and HRIS departments.
- Resolve issues that require in-depth investigation.
- Conduct analyses and research information.
- Validate data compliance system and produce data reports.
- Validate and execute data interfaces. Maintain the validity and accuracy of data. Make change requests to various human resources data management systems, determining test scenarios and validating results prior to transport to the production environment.
- Prepare and reconcile interfaces. Prepare payment requests.
- Develop process documentation and reference documents.
- Implement compliance and operational audits.
- Review supplier processes and examine exceptions or errors to ensure consistent demographic and payroll information.
- Support and assist internal and external auditors during annual audits.
- Respond to queries from various internal departments and provide assistance as required.
- Support the Canadian benefits team.
- The ability to work effectively independently and in collaboration with various parties inside and outside the organization is essential.

- College or university degree in administration, accounting, or a related field.
- At least two years' experience in pension plans or employee benefits, as well as technical experience with HRIS systems and processes and SAP.
- Enjoy working with numbers, performing data analysis, and implementing changes to human resources systems and interfaces.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Be recognized for your problem-solving skills;
- Have a dynamic approach to communicating with your colleagues;
- Very good command of French and English* (spoken and written).
- This position requires daily interaction with our US subsidiaries.
