
Professional Services Program/Project Manager

- Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute comprehensive project plans balancing scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop and manage contingency, risk, issue, communication, and working agreements plans.
- Monitor and guide teams and customers through the entire project lifecycle to meet objectives.
- Anticipate, manage, and resolve risks and issues internally and externally.
- Act as a liaison between customers, Blue Planet, and partners/vendors.
- Mentor junior team members to ensure organizational success and drive improvement initiatives.
- Perform administrative duties such as expense submissions, PO accruals, status tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, engineering, or related fields (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills including leadership, relationship building, and conflict management.
- Competency in Agile methodology, Scrum framework, and SDLC processes.
- Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel (experience with Mavenlink and Salesforce is a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience, ideally in professional services.
- PMP certification (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Background in software companies and tier 1 Telco interactions.
- Familiarity with technical requirements and terminology to manage technical teams effectively.
- MBA (preferred).
- Experience with Mavenlink and Salesforce applications.
- Exposure to tier 1 Telco operations and processes.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and occasional travel.
